Year 5 and 6 Camp

Last week we went to camp at Opononi. We stayed at Te Whakarongotai Marae and visited Wairere Boulders, The Lookout, Tane Mahuta and Clendon House. We also went tobogganing on the sand dunes across the harbour. We had loads of fun!

  1. Hi Room 6,
Your camp looked really exciting with sliding down the sand dunes and across the harbour.
I would love to go sliding down the sand dunes.
When I saw these pictures it made me think of the time when we went on camp to Living Springs and did lot's of fun things as well.
Maybe next time you could put some more detail in the blog comment and maybe write what the best part was.
How often do you go on camp?
